We chose this place first of all because of the excellent location. Neusiedl am See is beautiful, safe and peaceful. It’s surrounded by endless wine yards (and great local wines). There is a huge luxury outlet mall nearby (10 mins drive) with all the quality & luxury brands with huge discounts. Vienna is only 40 minutes away and last but not least, we combined all of the above with a few days of skiing in the mountains of Lachtal (3 hour drive). But what surprised us the most was how warm, helpful and welcoming the host, Frau Amon-Wenth, was. She speaks fluent English and welcomed us with such kindness and generosity that it immediately we felt like home. With her inside information about the area she helped us with every question we had. The apartment already looked wonderful on the pics, but it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and felt like brand new. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is full equipped so we had lovely breakfasts together to kick off the day. The apartment is bright with lots of light and parking in free across the street. But what we liked most was the wonderful touch of decoration details in every corner. Frau Amon-Wenth had clearly taken the extra steps (that unfortunately not many hosts do) to create a space that not only is clean & comfortable, but with an eye for detail to lift your spirit with love & positivity wherever you look. All in all, we had a great experience and we will definitely come back. Thank you!
